That’s so exciting Tabor! I’m running a couple of half marathons this winter/spring too! I’d love to know more about your training for those events. And in general, for amateurs who’s race pace may be a couple min slower than a pro, do you prescribe workouts with the same distance as you would a pro, or do you convert your distance to time?
