It's only dry because you eat it after it's cold. Once you put in the microwave for 25 or 30 seconds, it's pretty good.

I've eaten at Popeyes a few times and the biscuits have always been SMACKIN. Soft and buttery and a lil extra salt on the top. Freaking delicious. I've never experienced a bad Popeyes biscuit, to-date

When i was younger, back then there was a US base near where i lived and my moms best friend was married to a soldier who was stationed there. As a normal german civilian you could not enter the base by yourself but sometimes my moms friend would take me in there to visit them and they had a popeyes there. I tried the biscuits and i immediately fell in love. The buttery taste... the flakiness... holy shit. Ive been craving these biscuits for so long. I wish popyes would open up some restaurants here aswell.

Popeyes biscuits used to be the best biscuits. I worked there in 1998 that's when they switched from making them in store to frozen boxed biscuits. Ain't been right since then.
