Backstory of song. Chris's wife wanted to go out dancing and he didn't want to. He had been less attentive for awhile. So anyway his wife dressed in a red dress and heels and left him home alone to go dancing at whatever the place was called. He sat there thinking what a fool he was and had been. He ended up going to the club his wife was at and watched her dancing. He said he fell in love with her again right then and there. Finally he approached her and they danced the night away. The song is about that night when he thought he was going to lose his wife.

There's this memory that's stuck with me, from back when I was 17, at this party in Manipal, Karnataka, in 1995. It was the first time I heard this song, and it just hit me, you know?
