Nice video. As you requested some input to your ideas:
1st the website: You already said in an older video that you aren't programming it all from the ground up which is understandable. So dealing with a new piece of software or a framework probably learned something and can tell (in a video) what things you find difficult and how you solved these problems. If you already know the framework you could make some videos about it. Maybe showing off some code or some tips and tricks on how you port some of your applications to web.
2nd community building: This is indeed an important thing. The question here is probably what type of interaction do you want to enforce. If you want to have something more "elaborate" where you have time to craft a response then I would go with a forum or the YouTube comments. If you want to be able to chat with your community then a messenger would be the way to go. I don't know reddit but I guess this would also fall under the chat like category.
3rd live streaming: I do occasionally stream myself and also programming (not gonna advertise here). And live coding is, if you don't have a concept on how or what to build and it's a I am going to start from the top of my head, not working out. Of course if you get stuck and the chat can help you with stuff this is great. But I don't know if that is feasible, because then you need people watching to know where you want to go and know the programming language and so on. However if you want to show something and you already have a concept in mind and you just need to flesh it out or already have programmed it and can check on certain things this is the way to go. And games, well that's trivial. :D
