The inverted row gives you a chance to 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 your bodyweight, build strength, burn 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 and even prevent neck pain. With a number of regressions, progressions and variations – this one 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 some time in your program.
