Croma Price Match Policy.
 
So recently, I saw one tweet on Twitter discussing the price match policy at Croma stores, but I was not convinced because I couldn’t find information on the website.
 
So I recently visited a Croma store to buy an Ac for my home and I told them about this policy but they weren’t convinced about that. So after talking to the manager, they matched the same price listed on Amazon.
 
Also, if you’re an employee of Tata Group, you can avail a 2.5% discount at Croma stores.

You can take only online price match or TATA Employee.

You can only match amazon price if store allow it. Their is no policy of that. And amazon and other website have unknown sellers. Where they can put price according to their will. So overall again upto the store. And you cannot take 2.5% discount if amazon price match is done by store.

The same incident happened with me when i tried to buy a home theater the price was 35000 in offline store of croma in online website it was 33000 and in amazon it was 31000. When i told this to manager he said we can provide the 2 years additional warranty whereas the Amazon only gives 1 year of warrenty and if product is damaged, misplaced or notin working condition you can't directly complaint to Amazon. Whereas if you purchase from us, we'll replace the product as soon as possible
