Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza - NoRecipeRequired.com

Flatbreads Pizzas are a great, easy meal when/if you just don't feel like traditional pizza or delivery. This recipe for my Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza, uses store bought pita bread, and only takes about 10 minutes to make.

For this Flatbread pizza recipe, I use tomatoes, olives, and chile peppers for the toppings, which gives it a mediterranean flair. To hold everything together, I use a good amount of olive oil, and just a bit of cheese. Once baked off, at very high temperature, you get a great crispy crust, and a super flavorful toppings. Feel free to switch up the ingredients as much as you'd like, as so many will work well.
