The War Within Beta: Tank Meta Tierlist for the upcoming Expansion.
We're looking at each Specs's Single Target damage, AoE damage, and the power/popularity of other Specs in its Class to see how likely each of them is to find a space in the Meta of Season 1 of The War Within.

if you switch the classes in a- tier with the classes in s-tier that tierlist is very accurate ^^.

As a prot war since vanilla - I’ll happily take A - tier compared to where we were in dragon flight . If only there were an outside way to bring the same utility as other tanks do - via profession choice or some kind of temporary power we could activate in the dungeons themselves .

Not sure if it will make much difference but we finally got the caster comp nerfs an hour ago... Chaos Brand now 3% rather than 5% and Arcane Intellect also 3% rather than 5%. Shouldn't this lower vdh's meta domination?

VDH will only be S tier if the caster meta exist, which it seems like it won't because of how tight the timers are. It seems Aug does not do enough damage for that meta to work right now.

blood dk self healing is great until you just get 1 shot vs dh you have the highest scaling dmg reductions in the game

it is such a shame that blizzard is so absurdly inept at creating hero talents and balancing. These trees and skills are legit worse than And that's F'ing hard to pull off.
