The County employee expressing his dislike for Ms Merchant only shows that he had reason to hide documents or at least give her a hard time getting documents that she requested. He was also very rude and unprofessional in saying those things to her. Our options of others do NOT matter when being a public servant. Do your job regardless because that's the job.
