This project is so good for finding out your true loves and preferences.

Former NYX store manager here 👋🏻 you're absolutely right with the assumption concerning the brackets around / cautions concerning the face pigments in that palette. It's just about staining which can also irritate the thin and often more sensitive eye area. May occur not at first use, but can always evolve during time. Much love from Germany and sorry for my English! ❤

I love that little Nyx palette, I also just purchased it recently. Love this project pan series you’re doing. It’s so inspiring and I really hope more YouTubers start doing videos like this. 🎉

Lol Yes, more strict regulations of pigments are now being enforced in the US, so unless those shades are clearly marked as "not for use on the eyes, " they wouldn't be able to sell the palette. It's a very recent change, so lots of brands are having to switch things up.

I’ve been loving doing no pan left behind and watching that kind of content ❤

Not doing an official NPLB (yet anyway) but I am panning some perfumes and panning staple items before buying more (mostly lol). I finished 1 perfume and finished 1 eyeshadow primer, 2 glosses, a foundation, and nearly finished 1 blush and 2 single eyeshadows. I think I enjoy the feeling of finishing items more than that of buying them!

If you don’t want to take a palette apart, you could take a photo of the shades you like and look for singles in those colours to add to your collection.

I was looking forward to this update! I'm also trying to reach for all of my eyeshadows at least once this year and it is definitely more difficult than it seems. I like the twist you've put on the project to help you declutter palettes you aren't vibing with. Already excited for the next update!

You are very quickly becoming one of my favorite Youtubers, Sarah! You just have such a refreshing and fun way of making beauty content. The Nomad palette would have been perfect for me if it weren't for the warm shades on the right! I love purple and green shadows but surprisingly I don't have enough of them. The Kaleidos palette is SO pretty and I was really tempted to get it, but because I'm on a no buy this year I decided to really think about the shades that draw me in and look into my collection if I already have them. I like the blues, purples and shimmers, and, surprise surprise, have dupes in my collection after all. Meanwhile the bright pink and oranges...I'd decluttered colors like them before since I very rarely used them!

This was such a fun video, I'm already excited for your next update!

Chicago Speakeasy looks so pretty and it’s on my wishlist. So sad you didn’t really enjoy it as a whole!

I am also doing this again last year was the first time. Right now I am working through huda rose quartz and mercury retrograde as well as aiming to use all my singles 5x so I alternate days and just pick whatever palettes I have been feeling. I sometimes are guilty of what you mentioned saving palettes for seasons so just trying to decide instead what vibe and colour story I am feeling. Its definitely way more fun that way!

Love the update! You might find if you decrease the number of palettes you'll face less fatigue

The Sydney Grace single shadow in sea breeze is really similar to that nomad green eyeshadow you liked! The Sydney Grace formula is really nice as well.

Yes, been waiting for this! I used to have the pallette that got picked for bingo at the end, I had hit pan in maybe half the shades before having to toss it last year when all my favorite shades were notably performing worse 😅

I loveee that Elf I love you a latte palette! It’s my first ever palette that I fully panned. Now I miss it and kinda wanna buy it again 😂

You inspired me to do my own no pan left behind, but a little differently than yours. I have way less pallets and therefore I just cross off any shades I used in my notes app (I photographed every palette, which was quite fun!).

I love this idea. I have so many pallets I haven’t used. This inspires me to get them out and PLAY! Thank you!
