At this point, the best thing for democrats might just be if Trump runs for reelection, lol! GOP would then be caught in between a rock and a hard place either endorsing a proven unpopular candidate or splitting their base. I voted republican all the way except town elections before trump. I voted for Hillary and Biden, I did not like his arrogance and business practices. Living in NJ watching two casinos fail and being near NY seeing how he ran things a lot more than some one in most other states. All most of the country saw was his tv show and thought he was great, when he said YOUR FIRED.He turned the party I always voted for into one that I did not vote for into one that is bowing to him, not policy.This election I voted democrat all the way. I really hope and wish that Raskin runs for President in 2024. He is well spoken, smart, not afraid to say what needs to be done, educated, experienced, and seems very up to the job.
