Update just learned this recipe don’t work for many people so I’m gonna tell you my thing that works for me since this was ai I’ll tell you the real recipe 3 tablespoons of sugar melt with ladle or pan then when it’s all melted add a little pinch of baking soda then stir then pour on baking sheet that is oiled or coated with sugar then oil a plate or put parchment paper on it then let the dalgona candy cool a little bit but not fully hard then press down the plate then shape

**Ingredients:**

* 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 1 pinch baking soda

**Equipment:**

* Metal ladle or small saucepan
* Wooden chopstick
* Parchment paper
* Flat metal surface (like the back of a cookie sheet)
* Cookie cutters

**Instructions:**

1. **Melt the Sugar:** Place the sugar in the ladle and heat over medium-low heat. Stir constantly with the chopstick until the sugar melts completely and turns a light amber color.
2. **Add Baking Soda:** Remove the ladle from the heat and immediately add the baking soda. Stir vigorously for a few seconds until the mixture foams up.
3. **Pour and Press:** Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper. Use the flat metal surface to gently press the mixture into a thin, even layer.
4. **Stamp:** While the candy is still slightly warm, use cookie cutters to press shapes into the top.
5. **Let Cool:** Allow the candy to cool completely before attempting to remove it.

I tried 15 times failed one looked great just broke because it was stuck to a plate

Get a pan or ladle heat it up use 3 tablespoons of sugar i used aluminum foil then put oil on it (what i did) if you dont have anything to press on the cookie use either a metal water bottle wait 15-20 seconds press your cookie cutter on it and yeah




(Dont forget the baking soda!)
