God is Self-Sacrificing I The Good and Beautiful God

Throughout this series we have taken a deeper look into the idea that what we believe about God is the most important thing about us. Guided by author James Bryan Smith's book, " The Good and Beautiful God," we have discussed the many attributes of the God that Jesus knows. God is good, trustworthy, generous, holy and God is LOVE.

So if God is love, why did his son have to die? How have you interpreted the cross and life of Jesus in your own faith? This week Pastor Lee leads us in a conversation about what the cross means to God and how it stands as a reminder that we serve a self-sacrificing savior.
