Skydio 2 batteries wont charge.

I just got my skydio 2 and it wont charge the batteries. it will connect to the app and shows the battery at one percent and it wont move. its been on charge for three hours each battery and both are brnd new also.
I've done the 45 second reset on each battery and no cbange. i cand do anythingobviously with the drone. it looks used but im not sure. im contacting support now.
i do wish skydio would put tbe flight school videos in order.
