The Simpsons Arcade (Japan) - Full Longplay as Bart Simpson

Played using a Mayflash F300 Arcade Stick.
This is the Japanese version of The Simpsons Arcade, which is superior to the USA version imo. It features new things like a better way of getting score, more powerups in some levels, a new vitality meter when you beat a level, and various changes that make this version better. This can also be found as a 4 Player version which at first, was restricted to the USA ROM and the PS3/XBLA versions, but I guess not. This is a longplay of the Japanese Version with Bart Simpson.

If you are left the game idle, Bart will break the 4th wall and ask the player with his quote "Who the hell are you?"
