I have made my own. Much less expensive. Just need a good marinate, good cut of brisket against the grain cut with a really sharp knife.

Wheres Bridgford jerky? Jack links i always feel is the dryest toughest stuff out there. Really Surprised you liked it. If u can find bridgford around you, its my fav. Super moist n tender. And they use sweet baby rays bbq flavors.

Jerky started getting more common in Europe, but those are definitely not world famous :D. We have different dried meats and not beef. Beef is not the main meat we eat in East EU as well the countries in Mid Europe I'm sure. They eat a lot of beef in mid Asia
