I just blind bought Absolu after watching a few hours of reviews. It is fascinating take on Aventus. I clearly detect the progenitor DNA, including the pineapple note despite being diminished and partnered with grapefruit. In most cases I do not like grapefruit due to it being used in so many synthetic fragrances used by every other college guy. However the grapefruit is done in such a way that really pleasantly surprised me. This scent also got me noticed at work, long after I became anosmic to it. I found myself getting phantom whiffs of it throughout the day, especially during times when my heart rate was up. I still prefer the original, as it’s my signature scent and I’m on my 6th bottle, however Absolu seems to have slightly better performance on my skin. As far as money goes, it’s a luxury fragrance.. if you can afford it, purchase it. If not, there are plenty of options at Macy’s that are amazing also.

I LOVE Absolu Aventus and my wife does too. One of her favorites of mine and it's my favorite version of Aventus, period. The others never really did it for me. Now, it seems the vast majority of people knocking it is because of retail price and people are just hopping on that cause, pitchforks and all. Well, two things. One, if you really like it, don't buy it at retail, buy from discounters (always buy from discounters if you can).. Second, I rarely hear anyone complain about the prices of Roja Dove fragrances or Christian Dior private blends (like Tobacolor), but pitchforks for Creed and instant bashing of a fragrance was happening all over the place before anyone SMELLED it. Yes, it's expensive even at discounters, but that's a separate issue to how it SMELLS. To me, it smells AWESOME, and had zero problem dropping what I did to get it.

I bought a sample and thought it was a mix Nishane Hacivat and Dior Sauvage Elixir. smelled decent but the price is insane.

IMO they are not worth the price tag. I had an official sample of Aventus Absolu and it didn't have the sillage performance relative to price. It smells good but doesn't perform. Don't get me started on the 2023 batches of Aventus...

Tried this a few times now, I really like it, however I didn't find it projected a lot and settled into a skin scent pretty quick! I really like it so I'll try it again but it's really expensive to not have great performance.

Great video and I enjoyed it and I like Creed Aventus and it's a 10 out of 10 in my opinion and I'm going to try Creed Aventus Absolute and have a blessed day

It is a really good scent. But the original is just as good. The notes are just slightly better. I think it's a bit high in price though. $545 dollars is pretty steep.

Cologne is a blue/sport summer time fragrance u can spray a lot not easy to over spray. Won’t last long because it’s a lighter scent even with the same oil %.

Aventus is all year medium on the trigger will last longer and project more than cologne. It has more notes as well.

Absolutely the best out the 2 ..I have it, it's long lasting I'm wearing it today before I go out. Such a shame it's an limited release.

I think the answer is black and grey, because creed has so many variations with their batches. But a good batch of aventus will never be beat by absolu or the clones, the bad batches on the other hand different story. I really like the pineapple batches and the blackcurrant batches of aventus they were my favourite

I have Perfume Parlous clone of Absolu. It's a stunning scent. I would say more complex that of Aventus.
