Level of work can increase by getting it painted first and providing proper kit. What can you expect from an underpaid job ?

It's useless. As rust forms, the air gap between the rust and paint fills with water and accelerates rusting. This practice was famous in western countries but it's purely a waste of money. Do check out the cars which had done this 10 years ago. You'll know

in 3m they took almost 3 hours to clean the underbody of my Ciaz . It was as good as new car rolled out of the assembly line...!!! Here they have not cleaned it.

Absolutely useless … if there’s rust on the panel and you cover it with paint .. it will still continue to rust !!!!
