Whenever I think of Foreigner...."Cold as Ice" is the song that comes up in my mind!!

Lou Gramm is without a doubt one of the most underrated voices in rock history.

This song is a great representation of what Foreigner is. Not as hard as Juke Nox Hero and not as soft as I Want To Know What Love Is but right there cozy in the middle

Probably the best sax solo in any rock song. Performed by Junior Walker who was a jazz/Motown artist that was playing in an adjacent room when Foreigner was rehearsing (or similar story). Mick Jones said after he heard him play that he absolutely wanted HIM for this album. Rightly so!

Foreigner was a real phenomenon when they came out with their fresh, hard rock and bluesy sound. I was in high school in 1978, and "Dirty White Boy" was my personal anthem, LOL...Lou Gramm is one of the most underrated singers also - just great. Good job you guys -Love from Johnathan....

Foreigner was so underrated. They had so many hits. One of my favorites of their's is Head Games. It's a shame not they are not in the rock and roll hall of fame. We need to start up a pension to get them in. It's way over do.
