Ampeg Venture V3 Fail - warning high sound

Brand new Ampeg Venture V3 bought from SoundStoreXL works intermittently. Sometimes I get no sound at all, other times it goes straight to Peak if I use the Ultra Hi button. The little I've been able to use it sounds great, so now we'll see how good SoundStore XL is at handling customer service. I hope they are good. :-)

I just wanted to share my experience with SoundStoreXL's customer service. I recently bought an Ampeg Venture V3 bass amp from them, and unfortunately, it was having some issues.

I contacted SoundStoreXL's customer service department, and they were incredibly helpful. They responded to my email quickly and investigated the issue. Although they were unable to provide me with a replacement amp, they immediately issued a full refund.

I'm really impressed with SoundStoreXL's customer service. They were quick to respond to my issue, and they were very transparent and helpful in resolving it. Even though I didn't receive a replacement amp, I'm satisfied with the outcome and I would definitely recommend buying from them if you're looking for a new music gear.

Same thing happened to my V3, then no sound. Returned it. The SGT-DI is probably a better choice, and more versatile.

A refund basically is a replacement. Dud you buy another V3?
