Cellular Automata RGB

Rules for game of live:
1. Any cell that has two or three living neighbors survives.
2. Any dead cell with three live neighbors becomes a live cell.
3. All other live cells die in the next generation.
4. All the other dead cells stay dead.

This game has three games of life: red, green, and blue.
And they interact with each other.
Red with green.
Green with blue.
Blue with red.

All live cells consider other live cells as neighbors if a cell is the same color as that cell.
Otherwise, if there is a cell with a different color and that color is an interactive color for that cell, the cell is considered semi-neighbor.
