Complexities of Radio QSO Locators

This is a shortish video about all the different ways you can define someones location and how that might break your competition entries, and how the server might help you in that.

Specifically, only passing maidenhead locators introduces errors, any conversion of coordinates introduces error, and when you magnify those to a world level, a one or two decimal place error is hundreds of meters if not kilometers, which can push a person over the border.
