Extreme Tent Life. The Pleasure and Pain

Jay Legere is at his tent. He has a lot of work to do and it isn't easy. He needs to work in dark, snowy, cold weather and get his supply of wood ready for the frigid winter ahead. It's pain and pleasure, and that's what it is all about.

Hi Jay! Another great video, for sure. You mentioned in the video you didn't know how the guys cut the big trees back in the day. Well I figure they didn't know any different. They were very hard workers from a very young age. I know the old fellers I grew up around when I was very young would tell stories. Some only had grade primary or grade one. Quit school to work to help support the family. Back then men were men and women were too. Lol

Good call having that chainsaw. The Silky's are bombproof saws, but a frozen tree is difficult for anything to cut, you can hear the chainsaw struggle with the resin.
