We need to stop comparing musicians and just enjoy their masterpieces

So in this animation loop we follow Efe for ~7 seconds until it starts over.
During this we descend 12 blocks.
So during this 55:39 (3, 339 second) long video we go through 477 loops.
Meaning we descend for a total of 5, 724 blocks!
(Which is, starting at sea level, about halfway to the bottom of the ocean in the Mariana Trench.)

Soo... I'm 42 and I'm listening to this while working on my first Minecraft mod ever. Apparently Minecraft never gets old and you can't get too old for Minecraft either :)

I feel like Creator is almost like a flashback to when the ancient builders were around, and we are seeing the golden age of their civilization.

As someone who has played Minecraft since 2011, I find this update’s soundtrack to be the best since C418’s Alpha. I’ve been listening to it a lot lately. It is very inspiring and relaxing!

Gonna be completely real here, every artist COOKED for this update, not a single flop in here especially Creator and Precipice

That drop 28:05 on “yakusoku” gave me goosebumps, it gave me an unexplainable feeling. Nostalgic but also sad, it almost feels like an unfulfilled childhood promises that flashes before our eyes, which probably explains the title “yakusoku” a japanese word that translates to “a promise”

Absolutely love how each artist has a song that references a motif from a previous song they've made! Especially with the 15 year anniversary coming up soon it feels like there's an underlying theme of reflection in this update, seeing that reflected (unintentional pun I swear) in a bit of the soundtrack is a great touch!

Lena Raine has added another level of depth to this game, I love the musical additions so much. Every time Deeper has come on I just find it emphatic

I LOVE Creator, it sounds so whimsical! I'm imagining an all powerful creator building the world but with the toy-like sounds at the beginning it's like this may be an entire world to us, but it's just a toy box for the creator.

As lovely as these are, it's always sad to think the only reason we ever got them is Mojang didn't want to pay for C418s Minecraft volume 3 he already made :(

47:51 electric guitar in minecraft is unheard of before, but it's awesome.

Creator uses Spitfire Ollie Waton drums at 47:50, the same drums as MEGALOVANIA. Also, Lena Raine worked with Toby Fox on Deltarune Ch. 2's soundtrack. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing...

These musics make me travel to an unknown place. In this place I'm alone and I feel free because I find the peace we lose in the real world. I no longer think about the anger, fear or sadness of the world 🥲

Precipice has no business going that hard

The ambience of Featherfall, the tinkering aspect of pokopoko, the Victorian/music box vibe of Creator, and the grand feel of Precipice along with the other songs are just 🤌💋chef's kiss! perfect! spot on!!!

Creator sounded unique, I'm so glad that they also made it a music box version. Especially the change at 47:51. I love it! Also I listened to the whole soundtrack while doing my Algebra 1 homework.

Creator and Precipice are some of the best songs ever added to Minecraft

Komorebi is without a doubt the most memorable track on this soundtrack. It was the song that touched me the most in an unexpected way, bringing feelings ranging from melancholy to tenderness, almost like the first half of Mice on Venus, like a hug from a loved one saying "Hey, everything will be okay. It's just a phase. Enjoy it and have a little adventure." In Japanese, Komorebi refers to the sunlight that passes through the leaves of trees, and when I first heard this song in my world, I decided to witness the sunset through the leaves of an oak tree. Minecraft welcomed me and I know it welcomed countless people like me.
