Another short from an actual Japanese stated that those ninja hand gestures were called Kuji-Kiri, which is for meditation and easing shaky hands caused by stress of their imminent mission

We have this in India too! They are like tiny excercise and used in rituals, called 'Mudra'

There's a bit more to it than that. He only gave you half the answer. Mikkyo, yeah... but the postures themselves are Kuji-in, what in Yoga and other related traditions is called "Mudra". That is, meditative hand postures. Each hand position helps focus the mind on different things (say your emotional state, your physical condition, your intentions, etc).

It's not magic or faith, it's basically stimming nerve points in the fingertips to subtly influence your metabolism. Ninjutsu has its own extensive sets of hand postures, but it's far from the only system to use mudra meditations.

The mudras with different hand positions will circulate the chi or prana throughout the body in different manners through the meridians and change the chakra/dantians pattern.

I learned KUJI IN and KUJI KiRI years ago and it’s extremely powerful! Works by regulating your endocrine system in certain ways by the use of Mudras and Mantras :)

You'll need to learn about this from a teacher that not only has the capacity to grok it successfully, but integrate it too, or rather Synthesise it genuinely. 🙏✨️🙏

Pressure point linking for stimulating and relaxing specific responses and self hypnosis for associating the position with the activation of a specific technique like when a hypnotist is able to hypnotize someone who's hypnotizing both and they tell them to feel cold when they snapped her finger I'll tell them to feel warm when they snap their finger put 10 minutes state of mind that allows them to remember everything you did day before or it relaxing them so that they don't have anxiety I'm jealous of people whose brains can be hypnotized and they learn that way

This is oddly relatable though... I have a really stressful & lonely job as a factory assembly worker, and that seems to be the combination. My hands are obviously occupied, but I've memorized and prayed a lot of Bhuddist stuff. With all that running, and sometimes unfair treatment, we need to keep our inner beasts in check.
