You need to mix dry ingredients:
Flour (sifted) 500 g
Yeast 7 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Then add warm milk 300 ml and 50 g butter. Knead the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then divide into 2 equal parts. In one, add 1 tsp olive oil and black olives (pitted). In second, also 1 tsp olive oil and green olives (pitted). Form bread as you like. Then leave in a warm place to rise for another 20 minutes. And then bake at 180* for about 30 minutes.
