“I know engines because I work in a junk yard”…priceless!😂😂😂

Props to Danny. I like his style, his charm, passion for cars, and his tough skin. Handled that situation like a pro. He deflected the insults and didn’t retaliate. Major 👍 to Danny.

PS Thanks for the 1k likes guys. First time that’s happened for me.

To people asking why Danny didn't hit him:

You can’t leave fuel injector rails, throttle body, exhaust manifold all exposed to rain and moisture. The entire motor needs taken apart to see how much rust is going on inside. Good call by Rick not to buy this motor. He would have to put a ton of money into it just to get it running well.

I've dealt with people like him before and have literally heard the same exact nonsense come out of their mouths. Nothing but dishonesty.

As a hispanic ill never buy anything car related for an other hispanic that talks like that or has the kind personality as this one does

One glance at the "owner" and you wouldn't have to talk to him. As soon as he opened his mouth, he was done.

Danny didn't even say the thing was bad. He just said he would have to take it apart to determine the extent of the corrosion.

Dude should have blinked one more time right before Danny clocked him.

Unless you can hear it run and perform compression test, value used engines as core trade-in.

Danny is a total sweetheart, im taking his word over a guy who works in a scrap yard

I guess the seller didn’t know Danny had his own world renowned custom car building enterprise. Danny is much more than a ‘good mechanic’.

The way dude is twitching & blinking.... he's coming down from a hot one 😂😂😂

As a guy who has owned over a dozen Porsches and rebuilt several Porsche motors... I wouldn't touch that m96 motor!!! Good call Danny!

As a mechanic myself I agree with Danny. Just because this guy works at a "yunkyard" doesn't mean he knows about cars. If he knew so much about cars he should know what happens to a sitting engine. And how water can still get inside.

That dude was 100% gonna buy coke if it sold 😂

"If you bring in a good mechanic..." Danny had the correct response "brother, they did"

The seller was more corroded than the rusted engine 😂

Its a motor thats been sitting inside my junkyards climate controlled warehouse for a couple of years, translated "Its been outside under a tarp for 5 years." A Porsche mechanic bench started it and said it ran great, no noises, tight as a drum, Translated "A guy named Eddie that sold the engine to us said it was perfect".
