Try mixing the Tikka Masala Curry with one can of coconut milk. The blue can from TJ’s!
I cook tofu, and chickpeas first until brown, then mix the Tikka & coconut milk with it. Such a delicious meal 😋 a staple in my home.

For some people sls (also known as sodium laurel sulfate) in a lot of the toothpaste that suds a lot and is sold in a lot of stores here in the USA and online, causes they have canker sores. Instead of the regular toothpaste that has fluoride in it or has hydroxyapatite in it, I use a toothpaste made by Bubble & Bee that comes in a small glass jar that I use a small bamboo scoop spoon to take a little bit out of to put on my battery operated Oral-B electric toothbrush to brush my teeth and gums with.
