I replicated a real historical Hoop(Panier)
Показать описание
-I made an authentic historical hoop (1760) from the Janet Arnold Book "Patterns of fashion 5". But instead of linen I used a crinoline like, synthetic net, stiff Material and plastic Whalebones.
The original pattern also comes with little pillows, which I didnt make.
I explain step by step how I made the hoop(panier). You can copy the pattern shown in the video to paper by counting each square.
1 square = 1 inch( 2,54cm)
Materials used:
- ca. 1m Marquisette mesh fabric
- synthetic whalebones 2m
- twill tape for boning channels 3m
