A Day In Paracas and The National Reserve (Peru, Pt.2)

Each day in Peru is going to be a new adventure until we stay in Cusco for a few days. Until then, today's adventure starts with a bus from Lima to Paracas, where we originally had plans to take a boat tour but due to bad weather, we had to cancel it. Thanks to the awesome guys at Emotion Tours, they let us reschedule that boat tour to the next day. We had to catch a bus early the next day, so they gave us a ride to the bus station and helped us switch to a later bus so we could make that boat tour. Since we had the day free, we booked the National Reserve with them for a private tour.

Emotion Tours Peru:

The National Reserve was established in 1975, and consists of 827,800 acres of desert and islands. It is Peru's first marine conservation park, and has the highest concentration of seabirds in the world. It was a fun day and our tour guide, Charlie, is so awesome!

We finished the day by eating at a local restaurant right behind our hotel and did some late night souvenir shopping before calling it a night.
