Securing the i-gel in Pediatric Cardiac Arrest

During cardiac arrest, chest compressions will cause the i-gel to become displaced. Currently there are no hooks available to place the resus straps so we are promoting this method of securing the device.

The i-gel requires a gentle 'downward' pressure during cardiac arrest.
