Good winter boot. Waterproof, too. Only issue with rubber. It gets cold quick and your foot freezes. You need 2 pair of socks and 1 pair electric socks to keep feet warm. So maybe 50 bucks.

The process and innovation (not to mention the recycling aspect) makes this pair of boots worth $100.00. P S. the top of the boots will need to be elasticized in order to fit different sized calves. Not everyone have skinny calves.

You need to remove the steel wire and other materials from the tyre before you can shred the rubber.
Great idea, a lot more difficult than made out to be.
