These 'powers' that you list are no joke. I think that for one who possesses these abilities to practice the best self care concerning their sanity, it is best not to let others know about them unless and until one can be able to detatch emotionally from outcomes resulting from acting upon these impulses. People who do not understand what is happening often are mentally and/or emotionally damaged by it. Having these energy-receptive capabilities needs to be learned about and controlled.

Now it's time for me to raise the warning signs again - while all this is true... practicing this requires a huge amount of responsibility and a very clean and pure state of mind (and a lot of practice as well) .
about energy projection - it is quite powerful - both ways. Imagine a big dark blob of frustration, anger and sadness sits right inside you (y'know... a bad day..) and a friend approaches to talk to you and you just concentrate this blob and direct all this negativity directly at them, without moving or saying a word... my friend felt it, and needless to say wasn't a lot of friend afterwards. (and this is one example)
Misusing these abilities can be quite harmful for both yourself and people around you, and can have long term consequences.
The rule of thumb for using power must be - should be used only when truly needed, and in exactly the right measure.

I will try to keep it short; I had a dream of three witches in the 16th century. one of the witches fell in love with me and wanted me to stay, anyway, it was just a dream. maybe a year later the same witches came to me in another dream but in the present time they came in a car but I turned them away. now about 3 years later I get an E-mail from the real three witches one wanting to have a future with me, like I said trying to keep this short, something was forming in my mind this is going to sound crazy, but it had to do with something old that had to be brought back into this reality, at that moment I knew this was not for me.
