Training for a 234miles Race.

Tuesdays are always mega busy but I need to get it done because Dragon's Back Race is a super big scary goal so yeah first things first is make sure the children go to school on time then we give Rex a run. Then I sit down and record the Tea & Trails podcast. Then I darted it out for a threshold run. Take a deep breath then we sat down with Robyn Cassidy. She is this week's guest and she was second at the Arc of Attrition 100 second lady and she's also toeing the line at the 2023 Dragon's Back Race with myself and she's a tent mate too. I'm really looking forward to that. What did I do? Yeah, I went to the gym and now I'm back giving Rex his second walk of the day. I'll do some jogging too hopefully. Last, but not least I'll edit the Tea & Trails podcast! Oh my goodness. What a busy day.
