True love is something that helps you and the other person to suffer less. It is something that makes you and the other person happy. True love is something that brings you freedom. It has the power to bring you and the other person happiness.

Maybe practice is actualy important. First I need to love myself. For me to love is to avoid suffering to set boundaries, to care for other, stay in good vibrations and to heal myself and my partner. My suffering called mental illness, but it still suffering and pain, I want to love.

What we have done for others is still stimulus for others whether they will be happy or no depend on their way of thinking. So I think it is a great illusion believe that we can make others happy. We can radiate happiness by being happy but we can not make others happy because it is ultimately their choice.
