Another case of Utah parents getting away with so much until the worst happens. This is so COMMON here. CPS, Police and Courts always believe the children are problems. Why because the Parents are fine upstanding member of the church. There are more group homes here than any other state in the USA. If kids question the church they get sent to these homes or to a seperate school that deals with “troubled children”. The child is ALWAYS at fault. It is not about what you did but more about who you know 🤝
