This video was filmed on March 26, 2023 in Lambertville, New Jersey. Lambertville is a city in Hunterdon County, New Jersey that sits on the Delaware River. Lambertville sits across from New Hope, PA. A segment of the Delaware and Raritan (D & R) Canal trail runs through Lambertville. Originally settled by the Lenape Native Indians, a 150,000 acre area was acquired for 700 pounds by the Council of West Jersey and divided into smaller plots. The earliest settler in present-day Lambertville was John Holcombe, who purchased a lot and built a stone home in 1744.

Thanks for sharing. I lived in Lambertville during the 60's and 70's, moved away in my 20's. I loved that small town and New Hope across the river. I have many awesome memories from that time and your video shows most of the buildings and charm are still the same as back then.

Hello. Thanks for this tour. I see many interesting shops worth checking out. Some of the buildings remind me of New Orleans with the front upper and lower porch.

Your love for traveling encourages and strengthens me, and I appreciate you for loving and being there for people intensely. The channel knows it. Everyone knows it. You fully reflect that in all that you do! I cannot hold back from respecting your guidance and intelligence. Thank you for opening my eyes to the right path again. The thumbs up six was mine but now it belongs to you.

And we're on the go again!
A city on a river always has just that bit extra, in my opinion. And Lambertville is no exception.
Nice to get the historic information. It's about the people who lived there and how it became what it is today.
I tap on the video, then immediately pause it to read the description. I look it up on Google Maps too, as l've told you before. Broadening my horizon again!
Can you imagine, the area was sold... no respect or consideration for the natives. The white people's way everywhere. On every continent. Sad way of handling it.
But anyway, that's the way we can visit all the towns now, also thanks to your tours, Terri Jo. And all of these views will once be historical as well. Isn't that a satisfying reason to do these videos. I sure think so!
Thank you once again, Terri Jo! 😀👍
