for future refrences just click on the chat in the right bottom corner, click couple times that "it didnt answered your question" till it takes u to chat with agent. tell em what happend, they will ask you for tenancy, email, phone number, last 4 digits and expiration date of your card and ure all set. in next login you will need to add another MFA, but then u can disable it.

can you please explain where and how to open that request? i tried in ways, and always they close the line, or close the chat, or send again to beginning.

Hi there, I have an always free account only, and I set the MFA but I restored my phone, no bypass code too. So I couldn't login my cloud, please advise how can I get my account back? I tried to send emails, ask for help in the community but couldn't get any useful feedback. please help me, thank you!

Clickbait. The whole solution this person is giving is to login to your account and then make the changes but why would I click on this video if I had the phone to authenticate the account

I changed my phone so I don't have access to the 2AF app, on the oracle cloud support, I tried to make a service request but when I try to select a service type, I have the message : "No services for the selected product", what should I select and is that normal ? If you got any solutions (free account)
