for future refrences just click on the chat in the right bottom corner, click couple times that "it didnt answered your question" till it takes u to chat with agent. tell em what happend, they will ask you for tenancy, email, phone number, last 4 digits and expiration date of your card and ure all set. in next login you will need to add another MFA, but then u can disable it.

I changed my phone so I don't have access to the 2AF app, on the oracle cloud support, I tried to make a service request but when I try to select a service type, I have the message : "No services for the selected product", what should I select and is that normal ?
