Having watched all 3 descendants movies, can confirm that this song is absolutely in line with all of them. If I didn't know otherwise, I would have thought this was in one of the movies. The music itself, the harmonies and the lyrics are all very very similar.

I already started thinking about what to make for my siblings, my brother-in-law, my sister-in-law, my stepfather, my mom and my father for Christmas. I was confused at first, but after listening to the whole song I loved it. I still haven't watched the Descendants movies but I know everything about them.
