I love the idea of politicians being upset that a senator might not be completely unbiased. It's the equivalent of a convict serving a life sentence being like "wait, the guy in the cell next to mine committed a crime? how outrageous".

Council: *Shakes head in disapproval.*

Anakin: *Worries about what will happen next.*

Yoda: "Young Skywalker...you really planned a wedding...and didn't invite us to it? Ice cold that is."

Council: *Shake heads in agreement.*

Anakin: "Wha...What? You're not upset that I'm married to Padme?"

Yoda: "Young Skywalker...Empaths we all are. Romantic feelings you two always give off for the other. Also, born yesterday we were not. Romantic signs familiar with we are."

Council: *Shake heads in agreement.*

Anakin: "I thought relationships were against the Jedi Code?"

Council: *sighs*

Plo Koon: "Young Skywalker you aren't the first Jedi to fall in love or marry. Many Jedi in the past did this. In fact, some of the greatest Jedi in our order's history were in romantic relationships or married...something that was introduced to you in your history lessons. Did you not pay attention to them?"

Anakin: *Flabbergasted expression. Remembers how he would routinely skip classes he found boring to go practice his dueling instead.* "Uhhh..."

Mace Windu: *Pulls up Anakin's grades.*

Council: *Winces as they look at Anakin's grades.*

Yoda: "Hmmm...Academia it seemed you skipped. Barely passed you did."

Anakin: *Blushes and avoids eye contact.*

Yoda: "Embarrassed you now are hmmm?" *Chuckles.* "Avoid this embarrassing situation you could have by paying attention to something other than dueling. "

Anakin: "So what's going to happen?"

Mace Windu: "Well you are going back to school?"

Anakin: "What?! I'm being sent back to learn with the Younglings?!"

Mace Windu: "Don't worry, we'll tell everyone that you're doing this to observe Master Sinube teaching and care of the Younglings as preparation for any children you may have."

Anakin: *Face turns a bright red at that thought.*

Council: *Collectively chuckles.*

Shaak-Ti: "Also it would make the Younglings happy, and perhaps encourage their desires to learn, to see one of our greatest duelists learn with them."

Yoda: "Also discuss a second wedding with Padme we would like you to do. Attend such a ceremony we would like. Gifts we shall bring."

Council: *Shake heads in agreement.*

Actually George had said that secretly yoda already knew of their marriage which is why he included the medication chamber scene from when yoda tells anakin to let go of everything he fears to lose hinting padme, I mean it’s yoda the grandmaster how could he not know think about it.

Why the hell would the Senate care if Padme was married……and who’s business is it except her own? Even if we assume she was elected by Naboo….. why would Naboo care if she was married to a planetary war hero and butt kicking general of the clone army?

Shaak Ti: While I do not agree with the Council's decision to allow you to pursue this relationship with one of the Republic's most trusted and influential senators, I am in no position to do anything except wait and see how this plays out. I hope you understand how putting senator Amidala could draw you closer to the dark side.

Padme: That's not why I'm here. I've discovered a conspiracy to overthrow the Republic. Chancellor Palpatine is a Sith lord.

Yoda: Hmm... Disturbing, this is. Investigate further, we shall. Young Skywalker.

Anakin: Yes, master?

Yoda: Keep tabs on the Chancellor, you shall.

Anakin: You want me to spy on the Chancellor?

Obi Wan: You're the only one who can get close to him. He has been extremely vigilant lately.

Anakin: I understand.

Mace: This will be your final trial. If you succeed, you will be granted the rank of master.

Anakin: I will not fail.

Anakin leaves the Council chambers.

Mace: What’s wrong, master Yoda?

Yoda: Much conflict, I sense within young Skywalker. Too much faith in the Chancellor, he has.

Obi Wan: I will convince him the Chancellor cannot be trusted. Senator Amidala, I may need your help.

Padme: Of course, Obi Wan. I will talk to Anakin.

Padme runs after Anakin.

Anakin: Padme, what are you doing here?

Padme: I need to warn you.

Anakin: About what?

Padme: Do you really trust the Chancellor?

Anakin: I'm... Not sure. He's claimed he knows how to save you from dying.

Padme: He's a Sith lord.

Anakin: You're right. Obviously he wants to manipulate me. But what if he's right?

Padme:Don't face him alone. Let the other Jedi help you.

Anakin: I have to find concrete evidence of his betrayal.

Padme: I understand. Please be careful.

Anakin smiles as Padme walks away.

Resurrect talzin maybe.
what if Vokara Che became a mentor to anakin as anakin was being treated for bullying and trauma from being a slave.
What if anakin fell in love with luminara unduli, serra keto or bultar swan.
What if anakin was taught by agen kolar or sasee tin or adi gallia.

The Droid army fighting forreal and not just as pawns of Palpatine should actually be incredibly dangerous and possibly favored to win.

With respect, Mace never hated Anakin. He simply didn't trust him. He had valid reasons for that too. I feel like a lot of people are too harsh in their critique of Mace Windu, including this channel it seems. But this is an overall solid What If story.

Also side note, I feel that Dooku would end up seeking out Maul and Savage to form an alliance as a result of Palpatine's death. Even though Dooku and Maul were enemies who despised each other and Savage had betrayed Dooku previously, I do think they would be willing to become allies through mutual benefit. After all, they are Sith and would acknowledge that the death of Sidious would severely weaken their order. Just something I thought would make this What If story more interesting.
