Lmao, somehow this reminded me of an artifact a friend created in one of our RPGs. He called it his 'weapon of mass amusement'. On an even roll, it would transport a random ally from anywhere in the universe to your side- the higher the even roll, the more powerful. On an odd roll, it would bring one of your enemies- the lower the roll, the more powerful.
