For all people that say that the headset isn’t working, I know what’s the problem. You have to spin the cable which is plugged in the headset until it’s fully inside of the headset. If you plug it normally you think it’s in but there is a small gap between the cable and the headset and it will only connect correctly if you spin it until it’s fully inside.

The lack of instructions is baffling. All other headsets let you plug in and play, but for the Arctic Nova 1 to hear surround sound you have to download the app and make an account?? Even then, it doesn't even work for me. It took me 2 hours of searching the worthless help page to find this video. This video told me stuff I already knew and states the obvious

I have now bought two of these and the mic has not worked on either of them, tried using Microsoft and Razer controllers. I bought this because my Arctis series 7 wireless was disconnecting mid game all the time. WHEN THESE HEADSETS WORK, they are second to none, but lately, I have been struggling getting one that actually works at all…and these are brand new….😊

the aux cord side with the bump goes into your controller not the headset. the skinny end goes to headset

I’ve clicked on media, chat, aux, and mic in the sound settings and with everything I click it still plays through the computer’s speakers. I’ve gone through a ton of comments and nothing I try seems to work

omg i saw this video perfect timing I was struggling for an hour trying to get it to work. I got a refund coming for free not gonna cancel it either got a free backup now ig thanks bezos! Now I just need to figure out how to get the microphone to work.

I have never been more confused by a piece of hardware. I set it up, install GG, the only thing that mentions "High definition" in there is the AMD device (for audio).
There are 6 (SIX!!) new output devices under device manager (Win11) and 2 input devices (SS Sonar Stream and SS Sonar Microphone), none of these two work.
Within GG I only see my Realtek input options for MIC - neither works.
Reinstalled all my drivers, devices, GG, tried single cable connection which only made it so my input heard the system sounds and replayed them to me. I'm really far beyond the end of my patience here.
GG is not listing the SteelSeries input devices while I have them pre-set in device manager. Discord is. Mic never worked.
Any ideas, good fellows?

Ive been looking around in the comments for help with this but so far nothing, i was using these and one day they stopped working, thought it was the cable but it works on a diofferent pair of headphones. nothing visually wrong with the headset, but theres no connection at all

can i undo the auto settings, like i clicked it and now it doesnt connect to my nova 1 it just leaves it on my default pc speakers and NOT my headset speakers.
