Defenders need to pay attention (and ideally not be breaking rule 13.6(g) themselves) - a lot of PC goals can be referred and this one would’ve been a retake with injector back at half-way.

Players need to learn the technical rules for their advantage if the umpires are going to consistently (nearly every PC) fail to manage the procedural rules.

Same for NDL 5th goal @04:52…left castle stopper has right foot on circle line. And again defenders also breaking 13.6.
