In concept, looks great. HOWEVER, in the absence of large rotors, how would it autorotate, how much energy would those little rotors would retain? Well, I suppose they could deploy a BRS parachute ... I was looking for a video of it flying, and of its avionics .. so far drawn a blank. I am excited about the Cabri G2 though - fresh 21st century take on helicopters

This state of the art helicopter has to go through rigorous testing for safety and the FAA will not issue an approval or license until it is proven safe for air travel. I am a stockholder and am very excited for all of the vehicles Workhorse has to offer. Climb aboard and lets see if we can make some money.

I assume the intention here is to define some sort of 'limited' pilot license and avoid the hours of training normally required to safely fly helicopters. Such a license is only conceivable if you trust the computer to perform 100% of the time. Without a computer, a quadcopter is so unstable that I doubt anyone could control it manually. So why even bother with a quad-copter design when more traditional helicopters are safer and more fuel efficient? I really don't know.

Sure looks like a scam....watched several vids of this thing and not one of them showed this thing flying. I'd like to see this thing in the air maneuvering.
