Quick look at Tesla Model Y with Luminar Lidar and External Radars in Palo Alto.

My passenger grabbed this quick video on our way to dinner in Palo Alto. This is confirmed to be a Tesla Test Vehicle due to the CA Manufacturer plate 63277. Very neat to see Tesla out on the public roads testing and advancing their ADAS/Autopilot/FSD system!
