As a CertainTeed video I am surprised at 1.13 where the post is adjusted with a mallet without a wood block for protective support. Yet in the installation instructions provided in PDF form it says " To lower a post, place a wood block from corner to corner of the post and carefully tap with a mallet • Never strike the PVC post without a wood support"

We used to set n build same day until we found that wind and weight of sections messing up post outta plumb... I would NEVER set and build the same day, but that's just me

Wen a section is not the same length do you cut on site to fit the panel?

Hinges were not installed to certainteed specs....the top of the top hinge should have been aligned with bottom of top rail . And bottom of bottom hinge should be in line with the top of bottom guys !

Have a hole in middle panel, can top rail be disassembled to replace board?
