The general impression I've gleaned is that Harris will continue Biden's general policy but move more quickly and with less hesitancy. My hope is that she grasps rather quickly that a velvet glove is useless unless it covers an iron fist.

Personally I'd start with removing restrictions on Ukraine's use of US supplied equipment. My second step would be to give Ukraine what it needs to shore up its air defense systems.
