Another problem with sending support personnel is that they are almost always harder to train, and those replace. Not all of them, but for sure engineers, and even those the provide food since that is very involved logistically. Basically if the UKrainians are doing this on purpose it means that Ukraine does not expect it will have the manpower to rebuild these brigades. Ukraine is running out of people. .
