I been having trouble opening my projects from the avid cloud . It keeps saying looking for new versions of the cloud and freezes. On both my iMac and MacBook Pro . What can I do to fix ? Thank you

I havent been able to get pro tools first to open - I have an ilok acct and an avid master account - first it said I needed a cloud account and closed - I can't find where to do that - now I linked my ilok to my avid account (thought it might help, though I had no idea why) and when I open pro tools first now it says no remaining ilok assets in account. - I dont know what any of it means or how to get the software to even open - even though Ive been all over avids and iloks web pages. There's just no answers and no way to contact support. It always asks for numbers that I dont have and it doesnt let me send you an an email. Crazy confusing

Any chance you can show 2023 version of Protools?

So, you need to do track Commit or Freeze before sharing for collaboration, or else a particular plugin you have but the other person doesn't may not work correctly?

So do you need to have the Pro Tools subscription to use this or will it also work with a regular license?
