TITLE CARD: How are you improving employment equity data to help organizations make guided decisions?
Mona Fortier: We have generated and shared data, including the disaggregation of data, that gives a more accurate picture of representation gaps, and the career pathways of our diverse workforce.
Greg Fergus: Through the new data visualization tool, we have shared disaggregated data that provides views into the composition of employment equity subgroups.
Mona Fortier: We will be expanding the employment equity data we capture so that organizations can make better informed and guided decisions for employment equity.
Greg Fergus: We know that generating richer data and deeper analysis leads to better understanding and resolution of the issues that underpin the experiences of Employment Equity groups and other equity-seeking groups.
